



For type 80, 100, 140, 150, and 200 power feeds, return authorization numbers are not required for out-of-warranty repairs. Just wrap your power feed in plastic bubble wrap or similar packing material and complete the packing with Styrofoam peanuts or equivalent. Wrap any loose parts individually for their protection. Be sure to include your company information and a contact person's name and telephone number. Ship to our address shown at the top of this page. We will call you with an estimate after we examine the feed. The in-house repair time is usually 3 to 5 business days. There is a $15 quotation fee only if you decide not to repair the feed.
If you are sending a feed for new-feed warranty repair, include a contact person's name, phone number, and a copy of the invoice showing the purchase of the feed. Pack the feed as listed above, and write on the outside of the box near the address label: "WARRANTY REPAIR" in one-inch black letters. Warranty repairs are completed in a maximum of 3 business days.
Note: Type 50, 70, and 90 Servo/Lagun power feeds are now obsolete and parts are in short supply. We can still repair and supply parts for type 70 and 90 feeds, under certain circumstances. Please call us for information. Parts for type 50 feeds are in very short supply and we no longer repair these feeds. If you are not sure of your feed type, please check the information at the bottom of this page.
Servo Power Feeds and Lagun Power Feeds made by Servo Products
Servo Turbo power feeds must be returned to the Servo factory for repair. We can be your intermediary or you can ship the feed directly to Servo. Please wrap the feed in plastic bubble wrap and peanuts and call Servo Products at 800 521 7359, extension 228 to obtain a Return Authorization Number. You must have an RA number.
Return authorization numbers are not required for Bridgeport power feed boards. Pack the board with bubble plastic wrap and peanuts. Be sure to include a contact person's name and telephone number. Bridgeport 6F, 8F, and quill feed boards are flat rate repairs at $120 each. Series II power feed boards cost $160 to repair. If your feed board does not have any problems, then there is only a $15 checkout charge. These circuit boards are frequently damaged by other defective parts in the feed. If we can determine the cause of the problem, we will notify you. In-house repair times are generally about 3 days. We do not repair NC/CNC boards.

Gurley Precision (known as Pointfinder and Pathfinder) digital readouts are durable units that seldom need repair. It is very important to determine whether your problem is in one of the scales or the readout console. Please call and we will help you determine the problem area. It is very important to properly remove and pack the scale or readout console for shipment. We can assist you in packing and shipment so that the impact to your DRO will be minimal. In-house repairs are generally about 5 working days and repair quotes are provided after we examine the equipment. Be sure to include a contact person's name and telephone number.
You can quickly determine which feed you have from the following information..
Type 200 Feeds: Front nameplate may say "Type 200" and serial number will start with 200-XXXXXX.
Early models will have a serial number like this: 140-XXXXXX-2.
Type 150 Feeds: Front nameplate may say "Type 150" and serial number will start with 150-XXXXXX.
Lagun serial numbers will end with a "W". Example: 21537W.
Type 140 Feeds: Front nameplate may say "Type 140" and serial number will start with 140-XXXXXX.
Lagun serial numbers will end with an "F". Example: 15429F.
Type 100 Feeds: Front Nameplate may say "Type 100" and serial number will start with 100-XXXXXX.
Lagun serial numbers will end with an "H". Example: 16254H.
Type 90 Feeds: Have a "press to reset" circuit breaker on the front of the feed. Serial numbers start
with a "9". Example: 918356. Lagun serial numbers have an embedded letter "N'.
Example: 121N6749.
Type 80 Feeds: Front nameplate may say "Type 80" and serial number will start with 80-XXXXXX.
Lagun serial numbers will end with an "E". Example: 14586E.
Type 70 Feeds: Have a "press to reset" circuit breaker on the left side of the feed. Serial numbers start
with a "7". Example: 715439. Lagun serial numbers have an embedded letter "S".

Type 50 Feeds: The steel pinion gear near the top of the feed will move up-and-down about 1/2 inch
when the servo shifting lever is changed from neutral to either the left or right direction. Serial
numbers are not always a direct indication of the feed type.
